Mr. Agosto is a Juris Doctor, Environmental Planner, economist, and consultant, and is among the few professionals in the Philippines licensed as a real estate broker, appraiser, consultant, and environmental planner.

He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Business Administration.
